2009 Restaurant Visits

As part of my 2009 goals, I thought I'd keep track of all the restaurants I visited over the course of the year - good & bad, local & vacation, cheap & expensive. 

I will rate the restaurants on a 5-star scale for each of the following criteria:

Food (quality, taste, yumminess, 5 is best)

Service (proportionate to the type of establishement and cost of meal, 5 is best)

Price (5 is most expensive, 1 least expensive)

I will also try include the following, if I can remember.

Atmosphere 

Noise Level

Location
